1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 Hours after payment verification. Even we have Cash on Delivery (COD) Too.
- During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll keep you updated.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-4 business days after processing.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen delays (e.g., customs or carrier delays).
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Rs.150/- for all over Pakistan.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Shipping Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours to update your information.
6. Missing or Delayed Shipments
- If you experience a delay or do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at (teamrewibe@gmail.com) with your order number. We’ll do our best to assist you in tracking down your shipment.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Rewibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For damaged items, please contact us instantly after receiving and opening your package with a photo of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
